Rica Hotels
Rica Hotels is a Norwegian chain of hotels located in Norway and Sweden. The chain was founded in 1975 by the current owners Jan Rivelsrud and Prince Carl Bernadotte. Today, there are more than 80 Rica Hotels in more than 50 different locations in Norway and Sweden.
The business concept is based on being "the Good Host" for their guests, delivering hotel services of quality and market-adapted products to the company, private and course/conference markets.
The hotels are predominantly of 4-star standard and are centrally located in the largest and medium-sized cities. There are eight Rica hotels in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo, Arvika and Stromstad. The Swedish Rica Hotels are environmentally approved with the Nordic Swan ecolabel.
