Create a "one minute instruction video"

The client:

Operator One is a new, smart operator that enables you to make international calls to all your friends at local rates.

The service is very simple to use:
- Use your own mobile phone
- Use your own subscription and SIM-card
- No downloads
- No need of Wifi or Wimax connections

The brief:

Create a short instruction video or screencast for our service and website that's entertaining, pedagogic and works well with our brand.

IMPORTANT NEWS!
The deadline has been extended to Monday, August 30th:
Due to certain circumstances and holiday seasons the client (Operator One) has opted to prolong the brief until the 30th of August.
They also want to get a chance to explain and simplify the pitch requirements in order to create a more effective assignment towards the creative members.

Background:

Operator Ones' most popular service is called "Operator One Connect" and is offered to 35 countries including UK, Ireland, France, Scandinavia and US.

The service is easy to sign up to and easy to use:
1. Surf in on www.operatorone.com
2. Register yourself
3. Add the numbers to the friends you want a local number for
4. Add credits to call for via Credit Card or Paypal directly or try for free
(the account is preloaded with one Euro)
5. You will receive a new number for each friend via email and SMS
6. Save the numbers in your phone book and start saving money!

However, some customers still feels our service and website are a little too complicated and want to save time by watching a "one minute introduction video" to understand how it works. Therefore, it's important that we simplify this in order for these customers to actually try our full service and eventually become paying customers.
Our goal is to convert 40% of the registered customers to paying customers.

Pitch requirements:

We want the video to, just shortly, cover the following steps:
1. How to register
2. How to add contacts
3. How to save them in your phone book
4. How to add money/credits
5. How to call!

You're welcome to use a voiceover but this is completely optional. The video could be animated or with actors or people showing how it works.
