sorry for a somewhat delayed response (since the brief deadline has been reached by now), but the answer is "Yes, the gasoline tricycle will be registered for street use".
Hope everything worked out with your pitch/ideas anyway, despite our late response to your question...

This is completely up to you... If you want to do a "very detailed graphic profile" with proposals of stationary, flyers etc, you're absolutely welcome - BUT it's really enough (to be honest) if the graphic profile describes your ideas of fonts, complementary colors and perhaps some identity guidelines, which would help implementing the concept/ideas on the tricycle... =)

The graphic profile should include what more besides from the brandlogo?
Stationary, website, flyers, brochure?

Hi there,
just to clarify what the client needs for this assignment:
1. A name for the gasoline tricycle.
2. A logotype for the gasoline tricycle.
3. Ideas for a graphic profile/visual brand identity for the gasoline tricycle.
This graphic profile/visual brand identity could include proposals of specific fonts, colors, and graphic elements etc. That's up to you.
Also, just as Glabber commented below, a graphic profile helps to implement the concept (your ideas/pitch) on the very product (the gasoline tricycle).
So, no subbrands or other elements that may complicate this client brief, it's all about just one thing: the new gasoline tricycle! :-)

do you want a logo as a mother brand and then another logo as a sub brand...
like Toyota has Prado and Hilux

I guess graphic profile means to implement the concept on the product, e.g. on the images of the Tricycle! :-)
