just talked to the client and they give the following information: "What we need is a Beer tower, with that we mean the complete device to serve beer (with just one tap)"

This may seem as a strange question, but what exactly do you mean with a "beer tower"? Is this a large "tower" with multiple beer taps? Or am I completely wrong.

Just to clarify. Talked to the client and they said:
"There has not been any advertising yet in Spain, it is by the moment a very specialized product for only some selected bars and beer stores. So there is not background of it.
We only need the design of beer tap and tower. No TV or ads."
